Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our services. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not use our services. These terms and conditions are considered an offer by The GOD Squad Wedding Minister Service LLC, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
In using our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting The GOD Squad Wedding Minister’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers LLC. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing United States Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. The God Squad uses this implied contract, meaning both parties are bond to the terms of services, listed within these parameters, and confirmed by email once your payment has been made. No other document/instrument exists beyond this website page. It stands as a legal contract between Client, and The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers LLC
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Congress has created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible
Confidentiality
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers LLC if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Disclaimer
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
§ excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and
§ excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
It is impartiality that clients provide a valid state-issued marriage license prior to the beginning of the ceremony. Clients are solely responsible for whether another state's marriage license can be legally used to reform a ceremony in the state which the marriage occurs.
Payment
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express & Debit Cards, are all acceptable methods of payment. Prices remain subject to change at any time, prior to client booking. Our Terms are payment in full at time of booking, or in the case of weddings booked farther than six months in advance, Half down, and the remainder applied to the credit card on file on the first day of the wedding month.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of ceremony (including COVID related cancellations) will result in a $100.00 non-refundable cancellation fee. We will be happy to postpone the wedding date for up to one year, if necessary. Cancellations/Postponements must be done in writing/email at least 14 days prior to the ceremony, or no refunds will be issued.
If any services have already been rendered prior to the time of cancellation, (IE: meeting with the minister or Online Marriage Prep Course) client agrees to pay $100 for services received, in addition to the $100 cancellation fee.
Late beginning of ceremony
Weddings MUST begin on time. If the wedding does not begin within 30 minutes of scheduled time, (IE: someone isn't present, etc.) client's credit card on file will be charged a late fee of $100 - To avoid the extra charge, please begin your wedding at your confirmed start time.
PLEASE NOTE If the card on file does not accept the charge, OR, If after one hour the wedding has still not begun, our minister will leave, and there will be no refunds.
Minister Substitutions
If it becomes impossible for the chosen minister to fulfill his obligation to perform the wedding, The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers LLC reserves the right to substitute another qualified member of our staff, to perform the ceremony and/or rehearsal
Changes after initial booking
Conversion of our BASIC ceremony to our CUSTOM ceremony is an additional $100; The addition of a wedding rehearsal after the original booking is an additional $125 Changes in wedding time (beyond 30 minutes) or location will be done, schedule permitting, for an additional $100.
Location changes are subject to the outskirt distance fees, described on our options page. Fees will be assigned to the credit card on file, unless a different payment method has been arranged by client, in writing/email, prior to our business office making the updated arrangements.
Contract
The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers uses an Implied Contract Agreement. When you utilize the Availability Request, you are accepting our Terms of Service. Once you've indicated your choices of how involved in your wedding you'd like us to be, and then make your credit card payment, you'll receive a "confirmation email" from us within 24 hours, confirming your chosen arrangements, thus completing the Implied Contract Agreement.
Filing of marriage license
Our minister staff will complete, and sign the license. It will be the client's responsibility to return the required portion to the marriage license office. It is up to the client to insure that the license presented to the minister at the wedding is a valid license that can be used in the city/state that the wedding is taking place. Our minister staff has no control over when the license office will complete the process. Delays in the couple receiving anything back from the license office, should be directed to the marriage license office that has issued the license.
Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United States or in relation to postings from the United States. All advertising is intended solely for the United States market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any download, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
Force Measure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party, including but not limited to any medical emergency, injury to officiant or his immediate family, mechanical breakdown, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control.
If The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers is unable to perform the ceremony as agreed, they will make every effort to find a comparable officiant. If, however, this is not possible, The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers will not be held financially responsible for any loss sustained due to their inability to perform the services described above.
Company’s liability is limited to a maximum of 100% of monies received of client. In this event, a complete refund of all monies collected, by The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers, from the client will be made.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within The GOD Squad Wedding Ministers Wedding Minister Service on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between The GOD Squad Wedding Minister Service; a Tennessee LLC entity, and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of The GOD Squad Wedding Minister Service. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee. Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights (which may be brought in any competent court without the posting of a bond), any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. ("JAMS") by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Memphis, Tennessee, in the English language and the arbitrator decision may be enforced in any court. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; Technical Advisory Consulting Services (TACS) is billed at nine point two five percent of total sale. The GOD Squad Wedding Minister Service may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
The GOD Squad Ministers in a Minute’s logo is a registered trademark of this Company in the United States and other countries. The brand names and specific services of this Company featured on this web site are trade marked Client agrees that photographic images of our minister staff, wedding party/guests/participants can and will be used on our website, promotional material, and cyber/advertising without fee, or inducement, or penalty of any kind.

Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
General
The laws of The United States of America govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website, and booking the God Squad Wedding Ministers for your event you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the Company.
Notification of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and The GOD Squad Ministers in a Minute. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
